Here's my week in clothes:

Saturday:

Monday:

Sweater Forever 21, jeans Colleen Collection (Target), boots Chiyoda, shirt Target, necklace made by me.

Tuesday:

Sweater eBay, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Kohl's, shirt Uniqlo.

Wednesday:

Shirt Goodwill (Old Navy), skirt Target, boots Forever 21 and necklace Kohl's.

Friday:

Shirt & sweater Uniqlo, necklace & shoes Payless, pants H&M.

It's a nice Saturday for some shopping!  I hope you also find something nice to do this weekend.

February 18th:

Yes I bought the exact same sweater in different colors.  Sweater ANAP, scarf Target, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Chiyoda, shirt Daiei.

February 25th:

OMG I finally own something Cecil McBee (the sweater)!  Jeans Karen Collection (Target), shirt Target, boots Chiyoda.

February 26th:

Fancy for photos that day.  I was afraid I was gonna fall down the stairs in these boots.  Luckily, it didn't happen.  Blouse Goodwill.  I KNOW RIGHT!  I miss Goodwill.  Skirt made by me, leggins & boots Kohl's.

February 27th:

Kinda plain.  Sweater and shirt Wal-Mart, jeans Colleen Collection (Target), boots Chiyoda.

March 1st:

We're experiencing a heat wave in Tokyo as temperatures have been pushing 60°F and the days have been tolerable.  Night is still positively awful.  Anyway, I was able to throw off the heavy sweaters at least for two days.  Sweater Daiei, shirt Uniqlo, necklace made by me, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Chiyoda.

Happy March and happy weekend!  I hope yours is lovely!  (I don't know about you but I'm just about ready to pack away winter clothes.  Warmer temps can't get here fast enough.)

In fashion...

Hi all!

I'm still here and still braving this unbelievable cold.  Saturday was by far the worst day I've experienced, so cold.  I think I have wind burns.  Is that possible?

Anyway...

Tuesday:

Although this outfit was cute, it was too cold to wear these pants without a layer underneath.  Ah well, live and learn.   Sweater Wal-Mart, scarf & shirt Target, jeans Colleen Collection (Levi's), boots Chiyoda.

Wednesday:

Sweater H&M, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Chiyoda, scarf Target.

Thursday:

I wish this sweater was long sleeve because it's so warm!  Sweater Uniqlo, shirt Daiei, pants & boots Kohl's.  (And they laughed when I bough fur lined over the knee boots in Arizona!)

Friday:

Sweater dress made by me, shirt Target, leggins and boots Kohl's.

Sunday:

It was my friend's birthday and also Mori Art Museum day.  (See post here.)  Anyway, it's a Goodwill outfit!  Sweater (Target brand) & skirt Goodwill.  necklace JCPenny, tights Daiei, boots Chiyoda.

A brief stop in fashion...

Hi all!  I have a couple of outfits for you this week.  Nothing too spectacular because I haven't felt well.  It's probably the least offensive sick I've been since moving to Japan, just some mild congestion and the worst has already passed.

Feb. 2nd:

I'm dying for spring.  I want flats and skirts without tights and even though I love them no boots.  It's been a cold, cruel winter.  Anyway, sweater Seiyu, skirt Kohl's, tights Daiei and flats Payless.

Feb. 4th:

Not bad for a spur of the moment throw together.  Top Goodwill (Old Navy brand), jeans Karen collection (Target), necklace & boots Kohl's, sweater eBay.

Feb. 7th:

Sweater H&M, jeans Colleen Collection (Target), boots Chiyoda.

Feb. 8th:

Not a spectacular outfit and not as warm as I thought.  Sweater Goodwill, shirt Daiei, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Kohl's and necklace Payless.

Feb. 10th:

It was a bit warmer today and by that sadly I mean in the 50s.  Sweater Kohl's, shorts g.u., tights Daiei, shoes & necklace Payless.

Whirlwind...

This week has been a whirlwind but the best whirlwind I've ever been a part of.  More on that later.  Now for some clothes.

Clothing round up...

It's hard to believe I'm on the last few hours of my vacation.  Where does the time go?  I often ask this especially living in Tokyo.  I know time passes the same but I often feel like life is on fast forward here more so than back in the States.  I don't know why that is.

Anyway, I wore some clothes worth mentioning.  It is important to note that whilst in America, I managed to pack and bring back to Japan a significant amount of my winter wardrobe which I can't wait to coordinate with things I've purchased here.  I came to Japan in June with miscellaneous American products shoved in with three suitcases of summer clothes and only one hoodie on my back.  I feel much more confident braving the harsh Tokyo winter with my winter clothes.

December 24th:

(Perfectly unflattering mirror)  Sweater Wal-Mart, jeans Karen Collection, tank Target, shoes eBay.  Sadly, the shoes pictured are the 2 pound shoes I had to take out of my suitcase at the airport. 

I wore some other things over the holidays that I didn't photograph.  Sorry!

December 31st:

Happy New Year!  Sweater, leggins, boots & belt Kohl's, bracelet Lia Sophia, shirt Daiei.  Ringing in the new year with Kohl's.

January 1st:

(Kinda Plain Jane.)  Sweater Kohl's, necklace Lia Sohpia, jeans Karen Collection (Target), boots Macy's.

January 3rd:

Basically the warmest comfiest sweater ever!  Sweater Green Parks Topic, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), scarf Target, boots Chiyoda.

January 5th:

Sweater Wal-Mart, skirt Forever 21, tights & legwarmers Daiei, boots Chiyoda.

I'm back to work tomorrow which means no more living in jammies and back to weekly outfit posts.  I don't know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing.

The temperatures are ridiculous here so I hope you're warm wherever you are.  If you too have to go back to work, I wish you a great week!

In fashion...

Since I'm sick, let's look back on my week in fashion (before the voice kill bug).  It was filled with Peter Pan collars (my favorite type of collar).

Tuesday:

It's kind of hard to see but has a gorgeous lace collar.  Thanks to my friend Alice who let me buy this even though she grabbed it off the rack first.  Anyway, sweater Seiyu, jeans Colleen Collection (Target), shoes Fergalicious.

Wednesday:

It's hard to see but the sweater is actually navy.  It came from Uniqlo with a horrid smell, even after washing.  Maybe after a few more washings.  Jeans & shirt Kohl's, legwarmers Daiei, boots Chiyoda.

Thursday:

Same royal sweater coordinated differently.  Sweater H&M, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Kohl's.

Friday:

Again hard to see but a sequined collar this time.  Unfortunately my hair kept getting stuck in the sequins which means this is a hair up sweater from now on.  Sweater H&M, skirt Kohl's, tights Daiei, boots Crocs.

No fashion this weekend.  I'm all jammies all the time.

Prepping for the cold...

I'm prepping for the cold by wearing big warm comfortable sweaters.  I wish I had one for every day of the month.

Anyway, here's some clothes I wore.

Monday:

Sweater H&M, leggins Kohl's, boots Chiyoda and legwarmers Daiei.

Tuesday:

Sweater H&M, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Couripie.

Wednesday:

I actually ended up wearing the scarf like a shawl or cape.  Scarf Daiei (altered by me), leggins Wal-Mart, boots Kohl's, sweater g.u.

Thursday:

Scarf Target, jeans Colleen Collection (Old Navy), boots Couripie, sweater H&M.

Friday:

Sweater H&M, tights Daiei, skirt Target, shoes Payless.

Saturday:

Sweater ANAP, pants Kohl's, boots Chiyoda.

Sunday (day):

Sweater Zara, shorts Wal-Mart, tights Daiei, boots Crocs (I know right!).  I hate them Crocs gardening shoes and for some reason they are quite popular here.  Yuck.  But these boots are actually cute right!

Sunday (night):

Sweater Wal-Mart, skirt Forever 21, tights & legwarmers Daiei, boots Crocs.
