A vegetarian foodie in Japan...

A quick post for you that I haven't really had time to post until now.

First I made the supposed Best Tempeh Ever:


It wasn't that great.

Next I made some Spicy Thai Noodles:


These were delicious and I'll be making them again soon.

Next I made a stellar pizza:


It was delicious but I guess I didn't save the recipe.  Anyway, it's simply caramelized onions, potatoes, bleu cheese (Stilton) and pine nuts on premade pizza crust.

And finally Spaghetti with Onions and Sun-Dried Tomatoes:


This was okay, a bit oily.  I don't think I'll make it again.

So I guess today's recipes are half delicious and half meh.
